Since the introduction of the FingerComb conditioning system 25 years ago, Kuhn has provided farmers with crop conditioning systems that offer versatility and ease of adjustment necessary to match ever-changing field conditions. Another key feature on all of Kuhn’s FC disc mower conditioners is the advanced suspension systems. With today’s increased harvesting speeds, minimum tillage techniques and field conditions, the demands on a mower conditioner’s suspension system can be extreme.
The Kuhn FC 10030 D rear mounted mower conditioner features a working width of 31’ – 32’6” when used in combination with the FC 3525 D F. Whether you are a custom operator, dairy or beef producer, this combination unit, backed by years of research and development, will provide you with the cleanest cut and best conditioned crop.
The heavy-duty Optidisc® cutterbar is lubed-for-life providing minimal maintenance and maximized cutting efficiency. Adjust the conditioning intensity to match your harvesting window with the 2-speed DigiDry™ finger conditioner. The conditioner provides consistent drying of grasses and legumes. Superior ground adaptation is achieved with the new hydro-pneumatic suspension system.

The Optidisc® cutterbar is lubed-for-life and requires no break-in oil change or scheduled maintenance for the life of the machine. It has a flat profile allowing the crop to move through quickly for smooth flow even in heavy, difficult conditions. Changing blades is quick and easy with the Fast-Fit blade change system.
- High Crop Lift
The high-lift discs and end cone design provides high lift of the crop, allowing cut materials to quickly leave the cutterbar and enter the conditioner, especially in thick crop conditions. This system has been designed and tested to cut cleanly in extreme conditions.
- Direct Drive Design
The direct drive design eliminates belts and improves reliability in long crops such as ryegrass. The drive system cover is easy to access and open for servicing.
- Consistent Drying
The DigiDry™ steel finger conditioning system results in consistent drying of grass and legume crops in various conditions with little maintenance. The two-speed rotor selector allows you to tailor your machine to the crop quickly and easily.
- Advanced Suspension
Superior ground adaptation is achieved with the new hydro-pneumatic suspension system. This easily adjustable suspension enables fast and precise adaptation to all conditions. It also has a lower pull requirement utilizing less fuel. As the system continuously adapts to changing terrain, it also has less component wearing.
