The pick-up on the Hesston LB2200 Series features a new five-tine bar pick-up reel and a lighter weight wrapper made from polypropylene with a highly durable material. This new design allows faster ground speed, increased performance and smoother operatio

The Hesston LB2200 Series pre-forms each flake in a pre-compression chamber before moving it to the plunger to create dense, consistent bales.

The knotters are constantly lubricated by an oil-based autolube system, reducing maintenance time. The cycle is fully automatic and controlled by the Datatronic 5 terminal.

This Hesston-built rotor cutter upgrade forces crop material through stationary knives for higher capacity and more efficient cutter baling.

The Hesston LB2200 Series maximizes capacity by pulling crop from the pick-up with revolving packer forks and positively feeding it into the pre-compression chamber.

Our double knotter system maintains that perfect bale after it leaves the chamber, through transport, and all the way to its destination.

With the separate pre-compression chamber and auto bale density control, there are no surprises or windrow size worries – just tight, dense bales.
